The best birthday parties were the ones in the early years. The guests were our close friends, whom we happen to all have had kids at the same time, and family. I miss the "mommy playdates" where the moms got to hang out while the kids played together at the museum, or the playdate house. My friend floridagirlinsydney had by far, the best playdate crib! My favorite party was my son's 2nd. Since his is a summer birthday {in hot and humid Florida}, and I was never fond of the water parks, I made a water park in our backyard. I'm going to take you back soon to the time of custom cakes and invitations.
I loved that waterpark bday party in your backyard too!! That was probably one of the best parties we ever went to. And I agree, our house was a really good playdate house, I miss that! And you guys! xo
